These sample terms apply to orders placed in the store. The binding terms are in your customer agreement.
Prices
Prices are per case in USD and exclude sales tax. Contract prices apply to signed-in buyers on an active price list.
Payment
Approved accounts pay on Net 30 or Net 45 terms. Cards are charged when the order ships. Late balances may place the account on credit hold.
Title and risk
Title and risk pass on delivery. Report shortages or damage within 48 hours of delivery.
